  1. Early the next morning, before the sun had fully risen, Apollo and Meg got ready to go.
  2. Apollo packed his Verzerr-o-phon, even though he still hadn't played a single good chord.
  3. Meg spent ten minutes in front of the mirror, trying out the red, yellow, and green make-up.
  4. 'You look ready for battle,' said Apollo. 'I look amazing,' said Meg, and she was right.
